Perfect party fare for a Swamp Adventure. Your little Ogres will ask for seconds.

10 refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

30 miniature cocktail franks

Ketchup

Mustard

Step One: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Gently roll each biscuit out into a 5-inch circle. Spread ketchup and mustard on each biscuit. Place three cocktail franks in the middle of each.

Step Two: With a kitchen shears, carefully clip each biscuit four times - once on each side just up to the franks. Fold up each side of the biscuit and press together firmly to seal. Place piggy blankets seam side down on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Step Three: Bake for 12 - 14 minutes until blankets are golden brown.

These blankets can be made ahead of time and baked at party time. Lightly cover cookie sheets and place in refrigerator. Add two minutes to baking time. If made ahead of time and refrigerated, bake for 14 - 16 minutes until blankets are a nice golden brown.
