Swamp Cake

Ogres will devour this swamp in no time flat. Serve with mint chocolate chip ice cream or a medley of orange and lime sherbet.

White cake mix baked as a sheet cake according to package directions

1/8 cup of chocolate and dark green sprinkles (aka ice cream jimmies)

Batch of chocolate icing

1 cup a crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

Gummi worms

Small Shrek movie figures

Step One: Bake a white cake mix according to package directions. When the cake batter is almost ready for the pan, add the 1/8 cup of brown and dark green sprinkles (aka ice cream jimmies). Stir gently to mix in the batter. Pour batter in pan and bake per package directions.

Step Two: When the cake is cool, ice with chocolate icing. Sprinkle the top with a large amount of chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs. Add some gummi worms to the top. Be sure to bury some under the cookie crumb "dirt". Add small Shrek movie figures to the swamp.
