Beach Bear Cupcake

If not, it should be fairly easy for you to replicate this delicious treat at home. Bake a batch of cupcakes in your birthday boy or girl's favorite flavor cake. Ice with a blue frosting. To get the "water" the right blue color try Wilton's Gel Icing in Sky Blue (610-700) for $1.99. Wilton's concentrated gel formula will help you achieve the exact shade you want without watering down your icing. To add the sandy beach, dip one side of the frosted cupcake in fine vanilla wafer crumbs. Add an inner tube with a gummi ring, $1.00 for five ounces of rings. Finally, finish off your creation with a colorful cocktail parasol (IN-9/149), 144 for $4.99. Drink umbrellas are available on-line from the Oriental Trading Company.
