Step One: Press store-bought refrigerated sugar cookie dough into a pizza pan. To make this easier, first roll the dough into a ball and use a rolling pin to flatten it.
Step Two: Bake the cookie dough according to package directions. The cookie may need to bake five to ten minutes longer because of its size.
Step Three: While the cookie is cooling, mix 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a bowl.
Step Four: Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the cooled cookie with a rubber spatula. Top the pizza with sliced fruit. Good choices include pineapple, strawberries, blue berries, black berries, raspberries and kiwi.
Step Five: Cover lightly with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate until you are ready to serve this delicious pizza.
