Pirate Birthday Party - Food and Drink

A pirate party is the perfect gathering to serve Slumbering Sea Dogs. This flaky combination of fish, cheese, salsa and taco seasoning makes for a finger-licking treat. A perfect alternative to hot dogs or sandwiches. Serve with carrot and celery sticks and Salty Dog Crunch Mix. To make a single batch mix one cup Goldfish Crackers, one cup Spanish peanuts, 1/2 cup jelly beans and 1/2 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces. Serve the Salty Dog Crunch Mix in black paper souffle cups.

Another way to go is to set up a Taco Bar or a Pizza Bar. All pirates love these tasty foods. Click here for taco bar instructions and here for pizza bar instructions.

Pirates will gladly wash down their grub with Pirate Punch or frosty ale (root beer) in mugs. Or try Red Ruby Punch. The night before the party, fill ice trays with red fruit punch. Serve the red ruby ice in clear plastic cups with a lemon lime soda.
