Moon Rock Brownies

These brownies are fun to make and your guests will be delighted by the delicious combination of fudgy brownies, peanut butter cups and marshmallows with a drizzle of peanut butter glaze. Yummy!

Brownies:
One package of brownie mix (19.5 ounces)
1/2 cup butter or margarine melted and cooled
3 large eggs
Topping:
4 cups large marshmallows
One package miniature chocolate-covered peanut butter cups (like Reese's)
1/2 cup peanut butter - melted in microwave

Step One: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Step Two: Stir together the first three ingredients in a big bowl until blended. Spoon batter into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 23 minutes or just until center is set.
Step Three: While the brownies are baking, unwrap the peanut butter cups, and chop them. Remove baking pan from the oven using mitts, and place on a wire rack.
Step Four: Cover brownies with marshmallows and peanut butter cups. Return pan to oven using oven mitts and bake two to five minutes longer. You just want to melt the marshmallows a little. Too long in the oven and they will get crunchy.
Step Five: Remove pan from the oven using oven mitts, and cool completely on a wire rack. Melt peanut butter until thin in the microwave. Drizzle over brownies. Let peanut butter drizzle set up about five to ten minutes. Cut brownies into squares. makes two dozen brownies.
