4 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup malted powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in the can of a 2-quart electric ice cream maker, stirring until sugar dissolves. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Serve slushy. Makes one quart ice cream.
